brakes
All of a sudden the rear brakes on my electric club cart have been grabbing or locking up. What can be the reason for this and how can it be corrected

Re: brakes
could be as simple as needing cleaned and readjusted........pull one side at a time........also they could be worn to a point that they need changed...........................
