Best lift for comfort and ????'s
Does the lift or tires make the ride softer? What is the best lift for the money? We have a 1986 G2 gas cart. I seen the Jakes on e-bay for $299, and CPP's yamaha lift for $159. What is the difference between the long travel kits and the $299 jakes kit? Can I get 8" tires that look good with a lift or do I have to go with 10" wheels? What height lift should I get 5,6, or 7?
Thanks Mac |

You can go with some 'lightweight' 20" x8x8 type tires that will go under a lift and fit the stock wheel and give a softer ride if the air pressure is kept low

Re: Best lift for comfort and ????'s
Well I talked to Tom At CPP and went ahead and got the 7" All Sports unit that he sells with 8" wheels so I can use my hubcaps. Does anyone have any feedback on this lift?

Do you have any pics of your G16 with the kit installed?

Re: Best lift for comfort and ????'s
The look really depends on your tires and wheels. In those pictures Im only running 20 inch tires. You can fit up 23 inch I belive maybe 25 inch tires on this lift.
