Re: Eco Battery Availability
I got a charger from plowmans when I got my allieds. Works great. The allied SOC meter is pretty much worthless and in one of my toolbox drawers.
And I would recommend the renogy SOC meter. It’s about 80 bucks on Amazon and works great, has been very accurate as far as I can tell and gives a lot of information like current live voltage, amperage draw, capacity remaining, etc. lots of people use them and I don’t think anyone has any complaints except the backlight on the display can be a little bright at night. But I rarely drive at night and honestly haven’t looked to see if the backlight can be turned off, certainly a possibility. |

Re: Eco Battery Availability
Yes to both. Definitely the charger and you want a shunt state of charge meter if you want meaningful readings from it. Some drop in solutions come with one or both of those items.
