1990 Gas Club Car-Want to add headlights

Any suggestions on the easiest way to add headlights to my golf cart? What gives the best light and uses the least power? I may want to add tail lights as well.

I cut into the front panel and installed a set of 55W headlamps from WalMart. 2 Hours and done. All the wiring, fuse etc included. Simple installation and under $20. Plenty of illumination @ 20 + mph.
