The wiper arm is not worn and I heathe vglide click when I hot the go pedal. I dont seem to hear any click from the back of cart (assuming solenoid) so could the solenoid be my problem

Solenoid has voltage and vglide looks good and clicks. I have 49 volts running through the batteries. Wires seem fine. I dont know what else could be wrong
