Default 2004 precedent gas not starting by foot pedal.

This is how it got started. Believed starter needed brushes, read on here and found out brushes are good, needed to blow carbon out ,did that everything tested good worked great. Then, seen solenoid was sparking when pedal was pressed, tried to tightened lugs broke solenoid ,went to town and got a ford solenoid wired back up , blue=key switch hot, orange= foot pedal hot? well now im getting no power on orange when pedal is pressed. solenoid &starter works fine just no power from orange wire.
Ohm out gear lever micro switches everything tested ok. only negative 12 runs through them ? I can rigg this think to run but rather not.

how can the orange wire be hot when it comes from the green wire and green wire come from black wire from micro switch which is frame ground?
