Difference between PDS and TXT48 ?

Honestly, yes, defining your own field map is more than what the average user should be doing... And is truly better left to the experts. I would really hate to try & type that answer out. I think it could cause more trouble than good.

Putting original controller back in cart. Does my run/tow switch plug into the stock controller? Or into the other female molex connector with two red wires?
