![]() Hey guys - I have noticed I get a studdering / jumpy response from the cart at times; probably more like at a 3rd/peddal and sometimes at slower/less peddal. It more or less is jumpy in the acceleration/constant pedal. Does this sound familiar to anyone, or are there some suggestions to areas to begin to look for the source of this problem?

![]() Have you checked the condition of your batterys? many times one or more batterys are weak causing the problem you describe. Check closely #5 and #6 batterys ( Under drivers seat ) as they seem to go first? Check voltage and specific gravity on each cell of each battery and post results. Are these the original batterys by chance, check date stamp on battery post.
If batterys check out good it may be you MCOR unit going bad as it happens part way through pedal range. |

![]() Update to old issue.....My studdering/shuddering is a thing of the past; Took my cart to a local dealer this week and had a few loose ends tied up, one being having the MCOR replaced...Behold, smoothe acceleration as well as no more shuddering at points between crawl and WOT !!!!
.....BUT, now I have noticed a drop off in speed!!!! WTF....Could this be related to the new MCOR? Brakes (I had those adjusted, and no they dont seem to be dragging??? dont hear or 'feel' a drag. Any weigh-ins would be appreciated ![]() |

![]() If ONLY the MCOR was replaced it could be a unit with less travel at linkage OR it could be the linkage is worn enough to cause slower speed?? Change over kits come with linkage but in most cases MCOR only is replaced. Check link for full travel. It only takes a shim of 10-20 thousands to recover full speed.
