plaining the head
Hello,
I have a G22a and I'm thinking about porting the head and while I have it off was thinking of having it plained. Has anybody had this done? How much is sake to take off? Thanks, Matt |

Re: plaining the head
Plowman's Carts offers a ported and polished head. I have not heard of milling a Yamaha head.

Re: plaining the head
I have milled heads for other engines, not that one. I would sure think you
could trim that head. To be safe you should that measurements but I’ll bet you could take off .030” ….Tom at CPP would know the safe zone. |
