![]() 97 txt will not move. Reverse buzzer works, solenoid clicks, and battery pack is at 36 volts.
Cart does nothing either direction. |

![]() I had a 97 that did the same thing. But first check all connections everywhere. If you have done that then check the throttle switch that is located under the floor mat on the drivers side. That was went out on mine it took me forever to figure that out. When you get the cover off it make sure cart is off and take your fingure and push on the little wheel and listen to see if the switch clicks. or just push gas pedal.

![]() Okay, You have a series cart. The solenoid clicks but the cart does not move.
Get one rear wheel off the floor for safety. Double check the obvious, key on, cart in 'gear', depress peddle, hear solenoid click? Check battery pack 36v+ going in and OUT of the solenoid big terminals. If solenoid switch if functioning properly. Check controller out put as follows: Check the power output from the controller by connecting the negative probe to the controller's M- terminal and positive to the B+ terminal. Press the accelerator and watch to see if the voltage increases. It should increase from a reading of 0 to the full voltage of the battery. If the motor is not turning, the problem may be in the directional switch or motor. The controller is bad and must be replaced if there is no voltage. |

![]() If you have checked that the controller has power at B+ and at the red wire pin #4, and have conducted the test above correctly then the controller is bad.
