Re: Pds wiring
I don't know about views, but you'd probably get more replies if we knew what you are asking about without going to a different forum area.

Here is the stock item: http://www.shopezgo.com/products/Wir...h-for-PDS.html
You might find it for less from a site sponsor. I doubt the likelihood of someone having one lying around is very high. |

Re: Pds wiring
Since im going with a alltrax controller do u think i need this or can i wiring it myself. Pretty good at making harnesses but didnt know if anything special was needed as far as the plugs and such.

Re: Pds wiring
It would be easier to have the harness Johnny linked to and the Alltrax adapter.
Seems to me that when a friend of mine made this same change (years ago) he ended up buying 2 harnesses from the Ezgo dealer? |

Re: Pds wiring
Everything under on the dash connects with 0.250" push-on connectors.
Same for the F1&F2 connections on the Allttrax controller. The high current terminal use bolts and nuts. The 10 pin connector is an off the shelf Amp 1-640427-0 In fact, you might be able to use quite a bit of the existing Series cart wiring. Just saw Scotty's post. I'll defer to his expertise on such modifications. Last edited by JohnnieB; 09-02-2012 at 09:05 AM.. Reason: added comment. |

Re: Pds wiring
Yes, it is the 10 pin connector on top.
Go to Alltrax site and they have a PDF file on it at bottom of the DCX controller page |
