The alltrax is set at 100% forward motor. Have not messed with anything else on the controller. Brand new D and D speed/torque motor ( H)

Like everyone else is saying; check your tire pressure, alignment and brake drag.

The speed your getting is pretty good for a Series cart. The only other thing you could look into doing is upping the voltage, increasing tire diameter or installing taller gears.

One thing no one else has asked; What's the status of your battery pack? i.e.) how old is the pack and what's the voltage 24 hrs after a compete charge cycle?

I doubt you'll get more speed than you already do, that's pretty quick. Any faster than that and it just starts to get sketchy. my DS would do ~30mph on 25" tires but it was less than comfortable... steering gets real iffy and brakes aren't really designed to slow a cart from those speeds.

You have to remember, these things were designed to go around a golf course, at around 10-12mph. They weren't designed to steer and stop from 28-30mph and the faster you go, the more that becomes evident.

Thanks. I will make the adjustments and see if it gains any. I will still be happy even if I do not get any improvement.

1 more is better than none

Have you checked your alignment yet? If it's not correct that could be the difference between an extra 1 or 2 mph. I've found that 0 to 1/8" toe out is the most comfortable to me.
