You need to remove that yellow jumper wire between the big posts

Also, always put the big cable lug first on the solenoid big post, the regen diode ring connector and any other ring connectors on the battery side always go on top of the main cable lug.

The same thing applies to the Controller B- terminal, place the main battery cable in direct contact with the controller metal tab and place the other negative wires on top.
Thanks everyone. I'll remove the yellow wire from the solenoid later today. I do need to extend the black wire from the OBC as it won't reach B-. Would you happen to know what size guage I'll need to get to splice it in?

The smaller gauge wires are 10ga.

Are you replacing the main negative battery cable as well?

Be careful not to force the new cable through the OBC opening as it can damage the hall effect sensor in that opening that measures the current.

Yes, all cables are new 4ga. The negative cable has already been run through the OBC easily and is connected to B-. I'll extend the others later and connect to B- as well.
