You can take off the right rear tire and inner fender. You don't have to take the whole body off.

Like this. I don't know why CC made these things this way. I'm going to start putting an access panel in my DS carts. This one too if the controller needs replacing. Some have an access panel and some don't.

Hey VT. No I have not. I don't want to confuse your thread but after rebuilding v-glide, new heavy duty F&R switch, new solenoid, all new microswitches, testing motor, removing OBC, checking wires etc, I am still only getting a solenoid click. But now the controller, F&R, cables, and motor get warm (like yours) after a couple minutes of testing but with no wheel movement. If I don't get it figured out soon i will start a thread after I check a couple more things. Seems we are in almost the same boat with a rare cart.
