Default 96 TXT Won't Move

I have a 96 TXT with an SPM48500 and SW202 reverse contactors that won't move. Controller is flashing two green and three red, hook up laptop with Alltrax and the monitor shows high throttle voltage when depressing the pedal (doesn't matter how far). Should I be replacing the ITS or is there somewhere else to look first? Reverse contactor is functioning fine as is the solenoid for the controller.

If it hasn't already be done, cut off the 4-pin in-line connector the joins the gray cable from the pedal box to the cart wring harness and install individual butt splices or solder joints and cover with marine grade (waterproof) shrink tubing.

Cross-talk between pins often occurs when that connector gets damp or corroded.

The throttle signal (voltage between black and white wires to ITS sensor) should be 10V when pedal is pushed just far enough to make solenoid click and should decrease to 6V when pedal pushed to floor.

It's been done but not to that extent. I plan on going through the wiring anyway because things are a mess but I'm kicking myself for having my DMM at work.

Voltage across those pins is going from 8.88 to 6.66 at full depression.

Ha, just wiggled the factory 4 pin connector and got my gears back. Thanks Johnnie.

Yeah, well, scratch that. Full throttle it drops all power unless you left off a bit. Going to chop the factory harness and convert to spades. Could the ITS still be bad with the voltages I read yesterday?

Wait until the in-line connector has been eliminated and the four wires are completely separated from each other, then check the pedal up / pedal down voltages.

Okay, factory connector bypassed. Showing 8.77v at slight depression and 6.84v at full depression.

Are you still getting the 2-grn/3-red error code?

If so, it is time to look at the ITS sensor.

Actually, it switched up. Two green and five red. It went from "high throttle range" to "low throttle range". Still the ITS I assume?
