Yeah if my OBC ever goes out I'm just gonna right to an onboard charger that doesn't need it.

For temporary you need to run both the black 10g wire and the grey "sense" wire from the back of the charger receptacle directly to the pack negative battery post. You also need to connect the Blue and White wires together on the harness side of the OBC 6-pin connector with a paperclip or stiff piece of wire.
For permanent, cut the two (2) Black 10g wires at the OBC and butt connect them together with a Yellow connector, then unplug the 6 pin connector and on the carts harness side, cut the Blue wire and the White wire and butt connect them together with a red or blue connector. The OBC is now fully bypassed and can be removed if you want to remove and reroute the 6g cable back to B-. |
