This looks pretty close, that is the differential/motor configuration. Wiring is pretty close too.

I just saw a 1992 X444F Freedom manual that looks exactly like the front fenders, headlamps and parklamps on mine. The battery charger says 1993 but don't know if they mad freedom after 1992.

Thanks for the good help, getting closer and will call Ez Go....

Go to this website and enter your serial number. It won't find it (I tried ), but it will give you a number to call and an e-mail address to contact them about what your cart is (was?)

Also, scroll down to bottom page. It gives the dates various models were made.

Drive train suggests it is a pre-85 X-car. 86 was the first year t.m.k. that EZGO went to the motor parallel to axle configuration. IIRC, Dana had issues of some kind and the axles like in your pic were not available to EZGO and that was in 84-85+/-.......

HIH...

Good luck.

What did you buy to lift it? Sure looks like mine too. I email EzGo to see if they knew what it is.

Thanks

Thanks all!

The word is in from EzGo:

1990 GX444 Marathon. They say it is gas! LOL. But agree there was an electric model X444.... Well, now to lift it or not.
