Default 84 DS Resistor Cart no clicking and no movement

this has the 5 solenoid with the red end control box

Motor tests good in both 12v & 36v

I know I am doing something simple wrong. I have all the schematics.

Brand new batteries showing 38.7 Volts

totally rebuilt controller box

brand new f/r switch

all new solenoids (5)

New key switch

I have to have something wired in correctly... I am a very experienced mech.

I followed this scottyb post to wire my F/R as the schematics aren't clear:

Assuming the big red cable is the battery main positive, my notes show it goes to the bottom lug on the passenger side. A buss bar may be connected between this bottom lug and the bottom lug on the drivers side for 36v F&R or - a battery cable can run from this lug to the + post on the 3rd battery netting 18v reverse.

The lug on the drivers side of the rotating cam is home for the motor A1 cable and the passenger side is the location for the passenger side of the resistor coils. (solenoids) The protruding bar on the passenger side is home to the motor S1 cable.

Here is the schematic I am wired to:

I have tripple checked all micros and all are working...

For some reason I do not understand why I am getting no power to the solenoid circuit? It's like outside of the F/R switch everything is dead...

HELP PLEASE

Thanx in advance

I know ScottyB has mucho experience and I have also seen Budule post... seems y'all have a ton of experience...

that is why I followed scooty's recomendation for the F/R switch hookup...

seems everyone does it differently. Don't understand why club car NEVER made it more clear.

I took tons of pics prior to dismantling but it was such a frayed rats nest of wires and never ran so ripped em all out and began aknew

lol

Others have said that the "buss bar" for full speed reverse gave them problems , although I've never tried it......

Wow , color sure makes a difference......if I had the skills I would like to see one for the F/R switch like that as that's where most people seem to have a problem....

Is there a consensus on the wiring of the F/R switch? If so, which is it?

Thanx in advance
