Default New shoes for the iPirate Buggy...

Nearly complete now is my 2003 DS 48v Club Car. I have some decals to do on it yet and a new coat of black paint with airbrushed skulls. Mechanical she is a fit street legal torquey 33+ mph series cart with a 25 mph speed reducing circuit. The "street tires" and rims are just wonderful. The 23" EFX Fusion ST ride is very cushy.

Hope you like it !!

New wheels look awesome! They look kind of like whats on mine. I also went with the black and chrome look. Its a hard look to beat. I'm also curious if youre considering disc brakes. My cart goes around 25 and Its hard for me to stop with just two passengers on (no back seat). I cant imagine how hard you have to press the brake if yours is loaded with four and going 33! You're a braver man than me

I have not had any trouble. I just tour around the neighborhood and the speed limit is 20 mph.

I have but I am all done with this cart except painting and airbrush.

I think the brakes are fine. I can lock rear wheels up if I nail it. If I was doing a lot of driving in reverse I would probably have to install disk brakes. For some reason the CC brakes do not work all that good in reverse.

I will pass on the all black, wife like the seats color we have.

I did consider designing a sport windshield with a convertible top.
