Tire and Rim size suggestions for CC DS?
I recently installed a 6" lift on my 2003 CC DS and looking at Tire/Rim combos but can't decide what size? I want it to look uniform and clean. I found a set of 12" rims with 21"x10.5" VX tires for a really good price but wasn't sure if the 21" tire height would fill up the well enough to look good. Any suggestions? Does anyone else have 21" on a 6" lift? If so, could you post a pic? Your help is greatly appreciated!

Re: Tire and Rim size suggestions for CC DS?
21" ought to be alright - I've got 20.5s on the cart that is my avatar, and there are some more pics in my build thread. I'm personally wanting to step up to 22 or 23 inch tires someday, but the 20.5s fill up the wheel wells enough, IMO, to make it look okay - so the 21s on 12" wheels ought to look fine.

If you eventually want mud type tires 12" rims will give you more tire choices and less expensive.
23"would probably be better but if the price is right 21's may look real good. Do a search lot of info on tires here. |

The more sidewall the better the ride. This advice is from experience.
