Marathon coil over rear shocks
I have been meaning to post this here for a while. I appreciate all the help you guys have given me with my stupid little issues. This is my first anything with something battery powered and I have had some hiccups that would have been much worse without the support of this forum.
Now mechanical I do much better with. For any of you wanting to add rear coil over shocks to your Marathons - Monroe SensaTrac #58275 Took some muscle to get in but they work awesome except for a little squeak. They clear the D&D 4:1 motor buy less than the thickness of a deck of cards. |

Re: Marathon coil over rear shocks
So wouldn't that make the back ride more stiff, You have 2 sets of springs on the rear now.

Re: Marathon coil over rear shocks
It did stiffen it up but think stiff in a good way. No body roll, no big Cadillac type bounce when going over a bump. It doesn't bounce as much as you would think. And with any type of load on the back it really stabilizes the cart nicely. I have had them on for about 4 months and would never take them off
