2005 Precedent with the IQ drive system, has the black ADC motor. The "top hat" on the end of the motor is your speed sensor.

Those look like fairly new batteries too.

Re: What did I buy?
Funny - 2005 had the (crappy) 12v batteries and the controller "console" between them I thought. I'm guessing someone retrofitted a battery tub & relocated the controller. From the photos I would have guessed 2008.5 or above - if I hadn't seen the serial# photo. Just shows-to-go-ya....can't tell the players without a program!

Re: What did I buy?
I looked for a date on the batteries but I didn't see one. The rear seat was brand new in the box. I installed it after I bought the cart. It has a LED headlight on it and tail lights. It works pretty well at night. It also has a rear view mirror. I wouldn't have bought that on my own, but it's nice to have.
The person I bought it from ended up buying a brand new cart instead of upgrading this one like he originally planned. He threw in a brand new set of factory wheels and tires off his new cart as well. Overall I'm really happy considering the worn out TXT I came from. Right now I'm getting about 13-14 mph on flat ground. It looks like this cart is a good candidate for a speed magnet so I'll probably give that a try. I already picked up a nice storage cover. It will be stored outside during the summer. Other than that, I might add a windshield. Come on warm weather! |

Re: What did I buy?
A1 date code. Looks like January 2011 on the batteries.
