Do any of the cables or connections feel more than warm after trying to go uphill with 400lb onboard?
If so, fix the cable/connection. The cart is rated for a 2500 lb load, but only rated to climb 14° inclines. How steep are the hills you need to climb? ( Grade chart attached) In a nutshell, it ought to climb a 14° grade with only 400lb onboard without breaking a sweat. It'll slow down, but not stop. |

Double checked everything, took it to camp, loaded it with about 1200lbs of people and headed for the steepest hill. I worked flawlessly, motor did not get hot, no wiring issues. Thanks for your recommendations, they worked great!
Now, moving on to upgrading the brakes........ the saga continues |
