Default Whine from rear end

I upgraded the cart from LA to lithium, added a 400A controller. Left motor stock just upgraded wires. (seepex)

Over the last couple weeks rear-end whine seems to be getting louder. At first I thought it could be that I've been slowly increasing battery charge voltage 16x3.5 now vs 16x3.4.

Its not grindy it sounds just like coil whine and pitch changes with rpm. However I'm getting worried that after a few months of 5000 rpm it could be bearings or rear end gears/oil. I'm going to change oil soon but is there any easy way to distinguish the cause? Or eliminate some possible causes?
