Default 2016 Drive Rear Axle/Break Noise

I have a 2016 yamaha drive with the dana style axle and drum brakes. It makes a rubbing/grinding noise from the passenger rear wheel when driving .The brake drum does not appear to be centering.. it looks out of round when on jack stands with wheel off. There is no metal clip holding the drum on. Any suggestions? I just got this used and I am thinking bent axle. There are rub marks on the plastic from the tires.. like it had 10 people in it.
