Just as an informed consumer can help himself. Just because you don't or can't do the repairs, you should still understand the mechanical operation of your cart or anything you own for that matter so you can make educated decisions when it comes time to trust others.
Not every repair shop is out to stiff you but they do have to pay bills just as we all do. Sometimes scoffing over a nickel will cost you a dime! become educated!!! |
