Cart won't charge
Hey guys... So I have a 2005 club car ds ... I stripped this sucker Down and rebuilt it... It now has a 13 hp dd motor 500 amp alltrax 4ga wires and all new interstate batteries... The whole 9 yards.... Any ways it runs good but it won't charge... I installed a led meter and I'm down at 60% battery... The charger comes on and shuts off in a few minutes .... I brought the charger to a dealer to see if it worked on another cart and it works fine.... I also tried to reset the obc following directions on here.... Now the buzzer just stays on whether its in fwd or reverse !!! Just wondering if anyone could help me with this chargIng problem?!?!? Thanks -bobby

Re: Cart won't charge
. . are you positive you reconnected all the wires from the OBC to the correct place on the receptacle and fuse in receptacle is good?

Re: Cart won't charge
I checked the fuse it looks good .. The wires going in back of receptical feel a little sloppy?!?!? I'm not sure how the wires to the obc could have got mixed up?!? The red wire goes to first battery and black goes to the b- on top of controller right?!

Re: Cart won't charge
This may be a dumb ? But it just goes through the hole and to the b- on controller? Why does going through the hole matter if it doesn't connect to anything?

Re: Cart won't charge
There's a voltage sensor in the OBC. Wire MUST go through it or it the charger will run for a few minutes and turn off. That's your problem.
