Hate that you had to do all of that spending to make it work, but I'm glad you found the problem. However, I think it's extremely strange that your reverse buzzer was working but your OBC was bad... When the OBC tells the controller that it's in charge mode the buzzer won't work. If the buzzer sounds, the controller should be powered up and ready to run. But that's irrelevant information now. Congrats.

No worries and my posting wasn't a slam against your recommendations. I love the torque that the Alltrax unit is putting out and with the 22" tires and flat ground I max out at 18MPH. Pretty **** fast for a trailer park drunk hauler. The throttle is pretty funny which is telling me that perhaps my original MTAC is starting to act up ( decent amount of pedal travel then the car jumps) Even the Alltrax rep commented that given the circumstances my problem shouldn't be what it was, but the volt meter doesn't lie. Thanks again for all of your help. I definitely know a lot more about my cart now than I did before. Now I need to find me a 48 volt to 12 volt reducer. Old battery setup didn't fry my amp when hooked across 2 batteries (pretty worn), new batteries fried the amp pretty quickly.
