Default heavy duty lift kit

so when i bought my 8in heavy duty a arm lift kit my stock rear leave springs looked ruff and the the heavy duty lift kit was the same prive but had new leaf springs so i got it and now that its installed i HATE it. its such a ruff ride and my tire travel is terrible so i want to know some free ways to modify my lift to be as smooth and soft as i can possible get it. (i have access to all tool neccessary)

The heavy duty leaf springs are to blame. They're much stiffer. Take them off and replace them with stock single leaf springs if you're worried about the ride.

You can. But you're not gonna get back to factory ride until you remove all but one.

You may have to go to the parts store and pickup some spring centering bolts.
