You can find a used VanGuard cheap, and nearly drop it in the G16.My Dad did his 3yrs. ago,no lift needed,it fits in a stock cart.I don't think he had $500 in the entire swap including the motor.Alot of the G22 and G16 stuff is the same,I don't know what is actually different between them(likely motor/electronics).Where are you in Western NY,I'm just west of Roch.I can help out if needed.

Pachanga, I live in N. Tonawanda. Halfway between Niagara Falls and Buffalo. I'd do a new vanguard if I could do it for $1500 or less. I don't have the means to fab stuff. If I could put a vanguard in my club car then that would be great since I've already done all the work to it. Maybe I should just go for it.

Buy a used riding-mower,and pull the motor.Cub-Cadet is a good one,the muffler fits, and the wiring-harness will also fit(they are long and simple). If you need help with Fab-work,my garage is always open.I'm in Hamlin, right off Rt.18 and the Parkway,Only about an hour or so from you.I work for Pepsi and Subs!!
