Changed motor and controller
Changed from dcs to pds system in my marathon cart changed motor and controller but does not perform like i think it should.Put the alltrax 300amp non programmable controller and it only does 14 mph. also cart is a 1995 cart do i have to change anything in the rear end.

A 300 amp controller is just about the same as stock and so is 14mph speed?

I thought with the pds system i would atleast get 18mph out of it beacuse my dads cart does

Your Dad probably has a speed chip installed in the stock ezgo controller.

Maybe your Dad is holding back on some info? My kids are not into carts, but if they were, I would want to out run them.
