2004 EZGO Electric Problem

I have a 2004 (i believe non-pds) cart that will not go. I have power to the controller and the solenoid clicks, but will not move. I have an alltrax controller that appears to be operating correctly...when i turn the key on and press the accelerator, the controller shows a green solid light. When accelerator fully pressed I get a solid yellow light (indicating full throttle). I've replaced the solenoid. The F/R switch was replaced about 3 months ago. The controller and motor are both about 2 years old and have had very little use. Batteris are about 3 months old as well.

Any thought would be greatly appreciated.
