Talked to the motor guy
seems to be series motor the controler is a curtis model 2006 5 pin I'm only showing 5.3 volts at motor with pedal full down. This leads me to think it's the controler or fnr switch. Any way to narrow it down? |

i would guess your controller is shot since you upgraded motor to a bigger one and left the controller the same. the motor is pulling more amps than the controller can put out.
You can see what voltage you have coming out of the f-n-r- switch. |
