Default 2008 club car 48 volt no power

i have a 2008 club car 48 volt it has no power when i press the pedal all the way down. if i press the pedal slowly it will start to move and slowly gain speed only in forward. it works fine in reverse i changed out the solenoid and the f&r rocker switch made no difference.any ideas

That's what I thought until I read "works fine in reverse" ..... same MCOR... hmmm

Reverse only needs half speed...have you taken a voltage reading on each battery under a load?

got it! one of the small wires on solenoid was bad i changed the end and it out seems to be working now thanks for the info.
