Default Brake shoe not releasing

2006 Club Car Precedent right rear brake shoe sticks out and is not releasing out when brake released. This is causing the front brake shoe on it to drag and cause to wear out. The left rear one does not do that and is not wearing out abnormal.Any suggestions on how to get this resolved.

Could be a few different things. Brake cable could be worn, worn hardware, bad self adjuster. Have you tried taking the drum off and clean the hardware really well with brake clean?

Exactly what Erict said. Take it apart, clean it, check the cable for smooth operation. And most importantly Lubricate the slide mechanism on the bottom of the brake cluster. These things get stuck if not lubricated and will reak havoc on the braking system.
