215/30-12 with 2+5 offset and no rubbing however if you plan on putting on a rear seat kit you will need heavy duty shocks because the extra weight will cause rubbing since the tires stick out. I customize these carts and have done at least 30 precedents with no issues. I have seen some rubbing on the passenger side inside tire on the plastic in the wheel well when the tires are turned all the way to the left but it is extreme left turn that will only get it to barely touch.

Not sure of my offset but they do protrude slightly had a buddy with me playing golf yesterday, 2 big blokes, 2 sets of clubs and a full esky (heavy beer lol) and no rubbing at all.
