The white radsock shield... Did it accidentally end up on the wrong plug. Look in the charger handle, look for the side with two terminals. That corresponding side on the cart port must not have the white shield on it.

Both female radsoks had the white plastic insulator on them. Someone had repaired it prior to my encounter.
I replaced the neg radsok to eliminate the insulator and now we are charging!
Sometimes it's hard to see the trees because of the forest.
Thanks for all the help everyone,it is truly is appreciated.

I learned something today also.

Having an insulator installed on the negative radsok never occurred to me.

Glad to hear you found and fixed the problem.

Hey guys, first post here. Great forum, I've learned a lot in the last few weeks lurking on the site. I am having the same issue as Jlusk with charging. I replaced the receptacle with a new one and it has the white insulation on both pos and neg terminals. Do I need to remove the insulator on the ground side so that it can contact the little prong down inside the charger plug? That's what I read above just wanted to make sure. Thanks.

Welcome to BGW!

It depends on the make/model of the charger since not all chargers use the outside of the negative radsok for battery sensing.

Try removing the insulator and if that doesn't fix it, start a new thread and we will troubleshoot the problem.
