When it stops and I put the switch in neutral the other in tow/maintenance the car won't move.

Check the connections on the plug under the cupholders (plug w/ red & green wires). Oh yeah, correct order is- key "off", "tow-run" to "tow", key to "N". Any other order wont work.

Yes. My cart will roll with switch in "N" and tow/maintenance switched on. However, when the cart suddenly stops I've tried the switch in "N" and tow/maintenance switched on and it doesn't roll and cannot be pushed.

I have removed the cupholder and checked the connections and found none loose or worn. However I could not find a plug w/ red & green wires.

Hate to say it, but it might be best to take it to a shop with the proper diagnostic equipment. I hate to do this to you, but this seems to be where we are at.

Rix, he truly meant under the cup holders. There is a plug under them pointed at the floor.

Along with the other wires and connections I had already checked the plug under the cupholder console with the red/green leads. This is where I believe the technician connected and uploaded the most current software this past January.

Yep, but if "red & green" jumper is weak connection or missing, brake will never unlock.

Do you think a EZGO dealer has a computer to find an intermittent problem like mine? Is it like many new cars whereas they store the last 50 codes? Usually every time the key switch is turned on and off it saves the status of the vehicle.
