Any good automotive paint will work. It just should be mixed for plastic, (lot of flex). Look at all the plastic used in car exteriors today. I imagine any good paint should be able to mix you a quart of whatever you want.

I have seen a lot of people use Plasti-dip and I was going to try it myself. I used it on my bike with good results, just not on the cart yet. The thing I like about Plasti-dip is you don't like it you can peel it off. Bottom line is gonna be your prep, great paint will fail if you don't prep it right.

Automotive urethane with an epoxy primer is the best system. However, you need a decent compressor, air dryer, spray gun and respiratory and skin protection. All of which are expensive. Taking a sanded body to a place like Maaco is a good alternative.

Otherwise, the Krylon or Plastidip are an easy if less permanent solution.

try looking into HALOEFX if you like the peelable paint idea-alot prettier than plasti dip imo....it has a satin look compared to the mat look the dip has.
