Another lighting question

First I want to thank you guys for all the input. I ended up scrapping the universal turn signal and bought an LED street legal kit. The biggest difference beside it only taking me about 25 minutes to have it all hooked up and working, is there was a block that all three wires mounted to, I mounted it to my inner fender next to the battery. I really took a good look at how this one was wired when I laid it out. I am guessing that block has something to do with the resistance for the LED's. I now have a fully functioning cart, and if I buy another cart I may give it another try. Thanks again fellas, much appreciated.
