99 EZ GO txt. Not Firing

I'm new to this golf cart thing and figure maybe somebody can help me with this. It's a 99 Ezgo txt cart but every part I have ordered for the engine has been for a 2003 and up. So I'm guessing it's not the original motor. I have tried everything I can think of and this thing will not fire. I have replaced The solenoid and new coil I have installed a new micro switch I have even tried the HEI Module swap that I found on this forum. I checked the ohms of the pulser coil and from what I've read it is within range (86 ohms). And this thing will not fire. I have checked all grounds all wire connections can't find anything. Any help will be greatly appreciated I'm about read to shoot this thing. Oh and the cart was running fine until I changed the solenoid even put old solenoid back on and still nothing.

Did you use the original coil with the HEI swap?

I see now you replaced the coil.. Let's start over, what system is on it now? HEI?

I am fixing to put the HEI module back on and try.
