Re: Ezgo txt 48 volt not running
Don't change anything until you can confirm you have (+) power at all the pins shown in red on the diagram. PRINT the diagram and take it to the cart. If you are using a phone go to a PC so you can print attachments and reread all the posts. They may be a little confusing .

Re: Ezgo txt 48 volt not running
Okay, pin 12 should turn to (-) when the pedal is depressed. If not, remove disconnect it from the solenoid and try the bypass to battery B- for the solenoid small negative side post

Re: Ezgo txt 48 volt not running
Okay I'm going to unhook the small
Blue wire and run a wire from this small Post to negative battery. Do I leave the cables on this negative battery hooked up? |

Quote:
The controller seems to have failed in a way that stopped sending the (-) signal to the solenoid. One of 2 things will happen when you put a constant (-) to the solenoid 1. the cart will run fine just like the previous version (PDS) does 2. the solenoid will activate with the keyswitch which is not good because it can easily be left on and burnt out over time. In case #1 you should be good to go until the next failure. in case #2 you need a new Alltrax XCT controller and you get bonus power and speed. |
