First, Welcome to the site.

Let's start with Your cart Serial Number so we know what kind of system you have.

The first thing that comes to mind is that you have an Excel cart that originally had a TPS sensor and when it was upgraded to an MCOR, the wrong converter (no 453Ω resistors) or no converter (just spliced wires) was installed.

You definitely have a likely TPS throttle conversion, This sticky from David @ RevolutionGolfCars.com explains the issue:

The cart cutting OFF can also be a result of weak batteries in case it only happens when there is a high current (torque) demand.

Have you checked your individual battery voltages already?

It's definitely possible that the MCOR or the conversion box has gone bad. Remove the conversion box and OHM out the yellow, white, and purple wires to the corresponding pins on the other side of the box. You should get 461 ohms (approx) on each of these three. If you find that it's out of range, replace the conversion box. To check the resistance of the MCOR, probe the white and yellow wire coming out of the MCOR and cycle the pedal. You should see 6800 ohms thru 1100 ohms ranging from no throttle to full throttle. If the MCOR tests bad, but the conversion box tests good, replace the MCOR2 with an MCOR4 conversion kit, part number AM293001. Leave the conversion box in place when you change the MCOR. It works with all MCOR styles.
