Ausco Disc Chatter
The first thing I did on my cart was install the Ausco disc brakes on it. They went on pretty easy. But soon I started hearing a chattering noise when I back up. Now I'm hearing it slightly in forward motion. I have checked clearance between the pads and the rotor. All that seems fine. Any other Ideas? I'm not 100% sure it's the brakes but I'm not sure what else it could be.

Re: Ausco Disc Chatter
Well. I thought I had it fixed. I took the brakes off and moved them to the top for two reasons. First I like the idea of them at the top anyway. Second to double check my installation. The issue seemed to be fixed... then it started again... The brakes cables seem to be moving freely inside the jacket. So, I'm at a loss. I may replace the cables just to be sure. The brake pads are set to .030 clearance to the rotor.
