Default Club car villager 6

This long villager 6 cart came in and it has an initial starting issue. Batteries are OK and fairly new. When you press the accelerator initially it does nothing, but if you let off and press again you get solenoid click and the cart begins to move.

Apparently this cart had some type of circuit breaker next to the tow/run switch and it broke, so they hooked the wires to a fuse instead. But basically that's the problem. The cart won't go at initial pedal depression. You have to release pedal and press again to get it going. Any ideas? Thanks

Sounds like classic MCOR embitterment failure. Bypass it and see. If it runs every time afterwards you know what it is....

My villager 6 driver seat plastic is cracked. I had to stick a 2x4 under to support the metal/driver row seat. I found the part numbers, but they are very pricey. Ive seen a few threads on repairing but they do not look promising. Anyone know where I can get plastic body pieces for the driver row? Thank you
