I really appreciate the manuals. I'm pretty good at hound-dogging things off the 'net, but had no luck with my particular vehicle.

The correct pot has a 40 degree rotation, which the new one I just bought has. I would have bought a whole assembly off tha Bay, but wasn't convinced they used the OEM pot, and not just a cheap part from overseas. Feedback from one of the reviews from one vendor seemed to indicate that the pot in one of the cheaper units may be a 20kΩ that uses a shortened throw to hit the 5kΩ mark. I didn't buy one, so I don't know for sure.

That part will not work. It has a 312 degree sweep, which is way too far.

Check the link I included in post #19. That one works.

Your right, Goliath. sorry, i must have spaced out looking at the specs. I plan to order a couple of the ones you posted to rebuild a couple of my throttles. for that price its worth pulling and putting brand new in when you pick up and old cart.
