I agree, the solution could be as simple as a reed switch bypass

I was thinking also, when I was checking the small white wire, I was grounding to a battery neg post, not the where the neg wire comes off the pack or the charge port. That may be why I got 6v and not 36? Anyway. Still pouring here, will check all these locations when the weather clears! Thanks again for all the help!

Good diagnosis. There is another ms in the pedal box

Green wire comes from the key switch to the pedal switch. Should be a gray harness coming out of the pedal box with a white 4 pin molex plug. Green wire there came from the key. Should have pack voltage. Red should have voltage when the pedal is pushed.

Ok I had it backwards, no wonder there’s no voltage at that 4 pin molex I found. I bet I need a MS at the pedal box. Will confirm this weekend! Thanks!

Ok I got to the pedal switch. No voltage to green or red side. Shouldn’t I have power to green since it’s coming from ignition?

Thanks!

If you have power at the green wire at the key switch but not at the molex there is a bad wire in the harness.

Ok, so it it’s green from ignition to molex, green from molex to pedal switch, turns red from pedal switch back to molex, stays red to the solenoid. Am I understanding that right?
