Default RXV moves very slow

I have an RXV in the shop and I am not very familiar with them. The cart will move at about 1mph if that. You can hear the motor spinning and if you put it on jack stands you can almost hold the hub while pushing the throttle pedal.

At first I thought it was stripped hubs, they are loose, and need to be replaced but I don't think that is the bigger issue.

Input shaft maybe the issue?

Thanks

There is a 2 wire plug that goes Into the motor (not the one for the brake). Ohm test the motor side of that plug, should read between 400 and 1300 ohm. This is the motor temp sensor. Let's rule that out first since it's easy to test.

Then we are pretty much back to encoder as likely cause.

Where is the best place to buy the Encoder? I am not seeing it in the Redhawk catalog.
