Alltrax XCT48500-DCS problem

Well dang. Any idea on what their turn time is? It'd be awesome if I could get it back on or before the 27th.

They are usually pretty quick on repairs and pretty generous when it comes to replacement. You can help speed the process by sending the controller priority mail once you have the forms and RA#.

Now can you can email me in text not pictures the following information.
Your name and address for the controller to ship back to.
The controller model #
The serial #
The date of manufacture.
And the failure (no power to pin # )
I will supply the form and RA # needed.

Okay thanks. I'll have that to you shortly. I get a pretty good discount with FedEx through the company i work for so I should be able to get it to them pretty quick.

You have an RA#. Simply follow the instruction in the message we exchanged.

*Update*

Called Alltrax today and he said they tested the unit. The key switch circuit failed. They are sending me a replacement. Thank you to everyone for your help in resolving this issue.

Wow! That is a very quick response from Alltrax and sending a replacement!
Don't own one yet but that makes me feel great about customer support!

Yes very quick response. I had it delivered to them on Monday at noon. I called them that afternoon to be sure they received it and the guy said that they would test it that day. When I called him today he said the replacement shipped out either yesterday or today. So I'm impressed.
