I am I unchecked the high pedal box and no change. Still have the high and low circuit flags. I am trying to check voltages as you and Johnnie have ask but with the controller going to shutdown I can check anything that is fed from the controller?

I'm pretty sure the shutdown condition just shuts off the outputs to the motor (Armature and Field) and the switches and ITS still are powered, but I could be wrong.
